Booking Fee

The spa is owned by a single parent. Last minute cancellations and no shows are something she cannot afford. 

Appointments: 

Your card will be charged 50% of the service and is non-refundable if appointment is missed. It is refunded when you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. By booking an appointment you are agreeing the the terms and conditions of the spa.

Groupon Purchases, PrePaids or Gift Certificate Appointments: 

Starting June 6th a REFUNDABLE $20 to $60 booking fee will be required when you reschedule (amount depends on appointment). If you cancel or reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment the deposit will be refunded. If you are a no show, cancel or reschedule 24 hours or less of scheduled time the deposit will be retained.

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the spa.
